Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday nights of each month. Meetings commence at 8:00pm but photo hanging should be completed earlier if possible.

The meetings are held at the Masonic Hall, Macquarie Road Springwood, just west of the Fire Station and railway underpass.
