It's that time of the year again for the three great photography clubs in Sydney's west to have some fun with their fabulous photos.

Following the success of the 2008 AV competition, 2009's competition is going to be even better.

Each Club is to send 10 of their best photos to the Blue Mountains Photography Group on CD/DVD to:

To arrive no later than 30th November 2008. Images are to be limited to the standard size for digital photos (max width - 1024; max height - 768 pixels)

A composite CD/DVD of all 30 photos will then be sent back to each club during the first week of December 2008.

The final AV productions must then be sent back to BMPG (at the above address) on DVD by no later than 31st March 2009. Judging will take place during the first 2 weeks of April with the presentation night being Monday 27th April 2009 at the BMPG Clubhouse Springwood. Invitations will be sent to all clubs when the composite DVD is sent out in early December.

Some general advice on the presentations:
- titles & credits should be included
- all audio should be clear and audible
- any music used "should" be royalty free or permission to use the music should be obtained
